Exchanges Only
We currently do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept exchanges for:

- Personal preference (e.g., change of mind, size preference, or style)
- Items that show signs of use

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
